The event focused on the future of the real estate industry in Melbourne, taking into consideration the upcoming State and Federal elections.

With the aim of fostering a relationship between young professionals in the sector, the evening featured a panel discussion with three industry experts: Paolo Lavisci, Program Development Manager at WoodSolutions; Glenn Lampard, Director in the Commercial Valuations Team at Charter Keck Cramer; and Joseph Monaghan, Planning Partner at Holding Redlich.

Moderated by Holding Redlich’s Lou Farinotti, the discussion was followed by questions from guests which resulted in an honest conversation about the direction being taken to plan the Melbourne of tomorrow, taking into account migration at both a national and international level.

Aside from ALTO members, the event was also attended by the Consul General of Italy in Melbourne, Pierluigi Trombetta, and members of the Victorian Italian-Australian Tertiary Association (VITA).

ALTO’s next event is scheduled for December and will celebrate both Christmas and the association’s fifth anniversary.
