Berrettini got the better of Stefanos Tsitsipas in a hard-fought last-four tie but wrapped up victory over France’s Halys inside an hour in Gstaad.

It is the 28-year-old Roman’s ninth career trophy and his second of 2024 after his Grand Prix Hassan II triumph in Marrakesh in April.

After the final initially stayed on serve, Berrettini broke to move 4-3 up in the first set and won nine of the next 10 games to add the Swiss Open crown to his collection.

Gstaad is where Berrettini won his first ATP title in 2018.

The former World Number Six and the 2021 Wimbledon finalist is back on song this season after two years dogged by injuries.
