The visitors took the lead in the 16th minute when Massimo Coda converted a penalty awarded for handball.

David Okereke made it 2-0 for Cremonese in the 32nd minute when he drove into the box down the left wing and scored from the tightest of angles.

Seven minutes after halftime saw Como get one back through Patrick Cutrone who chased a long ball launched by Nikolas Ioannou before beating Mouhamadou Sarr at his near post.

Massimo Coda restored Cremonese’s buffer in the 63rd minute when he was put through on goal by a header from Frank Tsadjout before hitting it low across the keeper.
