Friday will be bright in most parts apart from lingering rain in the northwest, Antonio Sanò, from the website IlMeteo.it, said.
It will, however, still be a lot cooler than in the recent muggy ‘afa’ heatwaves, Sanò said.
Temperatures are set to rise at the weekend when the whole of the Bel Paese will have a warm and sunny couple of days, bringing beachgoers back.
