Erika Pioletti from Domodossola, in Piedmont, died at 21:56 pm on Thursday at the San Giovanni Bosco hospital after her condition took a turn for the worse that evening.
“Juventus Football Club would like to express its sincere condolences for the death of Erika,” the Serie A champions said in a statement.
“The events that took place in Turin and the city's victims of the tragedy on June 3 remain in the hearts and minds of all involved with the club.”
Pioletti’s parents have since expressed their daughter’s wish to donate her organs.
Though she wasn’t a Juve fan herself, Pioletti was at Piazza San Carlo with her partner and friends watching the Champions League final between Juventus and Real Madrid when she was crushed in a stampede caused by a bomb scare.
More than 1500 people were injured when panic swept through the crowd after a firecracker exploded and people feared it was a suicide bomb attack.
Kelvin, a seven-year-old boy who suffered a cardiac arrest during the incident, was released from hospital earlier this week.
