The visitors took the lead in the ninth minute when Manuel De Luca scored a penalty awarded for a foul on Valerio Verre.
De Luca was at it again in the 18th minute when he was put through on goal by Verre and shot directly above FeralpiSalo keeper Semuel Pizzignacco as he went to ground.
Christos Kourfalidis got one back for the home team in the 48th minute by finishing a cutback from Davide Di Molfetta.
Verre sealed the points for Sampdoria in the 80th minute by cutting inside his man in the box and shooting into the far post.
FeralpiSalo are second bottom while Sampdoria are slightly more comfortable in 13th.
