The victims were Roberto Abbruzzo, 29, Margherita Della Ragione, 35, and Patrizia Della Ragione, 53.
It was celebrated by the archbishop of Naples, Mimmo Battaglia, and was attended by authorities including Naples Prefect Michele di Bari, Campania Governor Vincenzo De Luca and Naples Mayor Gaetano Manfredi.
The day was declared a day of mourning on Monday to commemorate the victims.
The collapse of the terrace also injured 12 others, including seven children under the age of 10.
Four of the injured, two adults and two children, are still in hospital in a critical condition.
