Swede Adam Blomme came in third, three strokes behind Pavan and two behind Jarvis.
It is Italy’s second consecutive victory on the Challenge Tour, the second-tier men’s professional golf tour in Europe, after Matteo Manassero triumphed in Denmark last week.
“It was a tough battle, but I made it after a not so exciting start,” Pavan, from Rome, told reporters following the win.
“I dedicate this victory to my wife. The goal is to return to the DP World Tour.”
It is the fifth victory on the Challenge Tour for Pavan, 34, who also has two European Tour wins under his belt, including the 2018 D+D Real Czech Masters and the 2019 BMW International Open.
