There remains 14 active cases in Western Australia, with seven in hospital and, of those, three in intensive care.
In addition to no new cases, there have also been no recoveries overnight, so the figures remains at 551 total cases of which 95 per cent have recovered.
McGowan said the state plans to roll out 30,000 tests among resources workers.
The premier also said his government is looking at how to ease social distancing restrictions.
“We are coming very close to releasing a WA roadmap as soon as this weekend,” McGowan said.
“But easing of restrictions will only occur when it is safe to do so.
“While we’ve responded very strongly since the beginning, we’re not out of the woods yet.”
