On Friday morning, the Victorian government tracker updated, revealing 332 men and 241 women now have the virus.
The median age for the Victorian cases is 47 and it ranges from age eight to 88.
The new figures come a day after three people died from the virus in Victoria.
All three fatalities were men aged in their 70s.
Victorian premier Daniel Andrews is pushing for a stage three lockdown to contain the spread of the virus.
Andrews has found an ally in his NSW counterpart, Gladys Berejiklian, who has also warned of tougher lockdown measures if numbers don’t start dropping.
There are 2985 confirmed cases in Australia, with almost half of those (1405) in NSW.
