Salame di tonno

This will put a twist on any meal.

Salame di tonno.

• 3 potatoes
• 4 tins of tuna in oil, drained
• 3 eggs
• Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino

1. In a large saucepan of water, boil the potatoes. Drain and place in a large bowl.
2. Add the tuna, eggs and cheese and stir well to combine.
3. Mould into the shape of a sausage and wrap in foil.
4. Cook in boiling water for 15 minutes.
5. Place the “sausage” in the freezer until it sets, then cut it into slices and serve.
