The King Valley Easter Escape

Come and join us for the inaugural King Valley Easter Escape! A family friendly event being held in and around the village of Moyhu – The Gateway to the King Valley. Featuring a produce market, recreational cycling and night entertainment. Discover this little slice of Italy located at the foothills of the Alpine National Park, surrounded by mountains, rivers and rolling vineyards.Begin your weekend with coffee, breakfast and a stroll at the the renowned Moyhu Community Market where fresh autumn produce will be available in the shady Lions Park. Pedal your way through the picturesque valley on sealed quiet country roads. Choose from 25km, 57km or 82km. The shortest ride is quite easy while the other two provide some challenging sections. You will ride through Molyullah and Myrrhee which is easier to do that to spell them. Lunch is included in the ride cost. Space is limited on the rides so get in quick. REGISTER NOW! Saturday afternoon presents an opportunity to visit the other attractions of the King Valley: Wineries, Lookouts, Waterfalls. As afternoon moves to evening the village of Moyhu turns the lights on and the Easter Escape festival begins. This will feature local produce, food wines and Spirits. Entertainment will feature local artists. This event is being run by the Mohyu Action Group. Profits from this events will benefit local community groups including the local school, kindergarten and CFA.
