Victorian Salami Festival

Dal Zotto Wines and The Meat Room will host the ultimate contest of salami styles at The Victorian Salami Festival, to decide once and for all which region is worthy of the title of ‘Il Salame Perfetto’ (The Perfect Salami). Will it be the north or the south? The long-raging salami debate will finally end with the Salami Smack Down at Dal Zotto Wines Trattoria on Saturday, January 22. The day will start off with a salami demonstration at 12:00 pm with James Mele of The Meat Room. Learn how to make the perfect salami from the man who has been to Italy to learn from the masters how to do this better than anyone. The day will continue with live music, plenty of delicious Italian food and the announcement of ‘Il Salame Perfetto’. Ticket includes: entry to the event; salami demonstration; three-course lunch; complimentary can of Dal Zotto Non-Vintage; Salami Festival glass to take home.
