Women and Violence in Italian Literature

On the occasion of the launch of the publication ‘Women and Violence in Italian Literature’, Gregoria Manzin (La Trobe University), Annamaria Pagliaro (Monash University) and Barbara Pezzotti (Monash University) will discuss gender violence (femminicidio) in Italian society and its representation in fiction. ‘Women and Violence in Italian Literature’ is a special issue of the journal ‘Spunti e Ricerche’, sponsored by the Italian Consulate General of Italy, the Italian Cultural Institute in Melbourne, and ACIS Research Group Visual and Performance Studies.
