CO.AS.IT. – Italian Assistance Association – has operated in Australia since 1968 as a charitable institution strongly committed to the general well-being and enhancement of the quality of life of the Italian–Australian community. We aim to achieve our community's full potential by delivering culturally appropriate services and promoting the Italian language, culture, and heritage.

CO.AS.IT. engages and empowers the Italian – Australian community by delivering best-practice services and programs in the aged care, education, culture, and heritage sectors.

Reporting directly to the CEO, and as a vital leadership team member, you will deliver the People and Culture function which supports the Board, Chief Executive Officer, line management, and employees in delivering best-practice people management outcomes by providing high-quality, accurate, timely advice, capability building, and coaching.

Working with key internal stakeholders, you will develop and implement best-practice Employee Relations and Human Resources strategies that ensure all requisite legislative and regulatory obligations are met and are consistent with CO.AS.IT.’s strategic direction.

Your extensive senior leadership experience (at least 5 years) will be underpinned by a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
