On Thursday, September 6, Australian Leaders of Tomorrow (ALTO) will celebrate Italian cuisine in Melbourne with their Young Professional Networking Event, Italians and Food.
The fun-filled evening will unfold at the new offices of its proud sponsor, Pitcher Partners Melbourne.
Located on Collins Street in the heart of the CBD, the offices will be set up with activation stations where attendees can enjoy complimentary tastings of well-known and innovative established Italian food and wine brands.
Businesses set to be showcased are: Mantons Creek Estate, a winery located on the Mornington Peninsula and owned by the Pellicano family; Vino Bambino, an importer and wholesaler of premium Australian and Italian wines; and Saluministi, a panino bar which embodies Italian culture and traditions throughout the generations.
Those who attend to event will also hear from industry leaders through a panel discussion about all things food, featuring famous pizzaiolo Johnny Di Francesco from 400 Gradi, Mark Singarella from Vino Bambino, Peter Mastro from Saluministi and Caterina Borsato, owner of Melbourne institution Caterina’s Cucina e Bar.
The evening will be fully catered and a special door prize will be provided courtesy of Hoyts Foods, as well as other giveaways on behalf of event sponsors.
