Brescia took the lead in under three minutes thanks to a brilliant Gennaro Borrelli volley from outside the box that looped over the keeper.
In the 63rd minute Flavio Bianchi made it 2-0 when he stole the ball from a napping Matteo Battistini, ran through on goal and fired past the keeper.
Brescia have won both their opening two games.
