Bari went ahead in the opening minutes when Marco Nasti got ahead of his defender to head Giuseppe Sibilli’s cross into the top-right corner.
Cittadella’s equaliser didn’t come until the 89th minute, when Nicola Pavan’s header from a corner was unable to be prevented from crossing the line despite Bari keeper Brenno getting two hands to it.
