The away side dominated possession with 60 per cent while both sides created seven chances.
Como went ahead in the 4th minute when Alessio Iovine’s looping cross made its way to the back post and was met by the head of Nikolas Ioannou, who headed the ball back across the keeper into the far post.
Two minutes after the break Como made it 2-0 thanks to a volley by Alberto Cerri from just inside the box.
Seven minutes later and Reggiana were back in the game when Stefano Pettinari blasted the ball in from close range after his initial attempt was blocked back into his path.
In dramatic fashion, Reggiana equalised in the 90th minute via a penalty awarded for a push in the back on Antonia Vergara that looked like a dive after little to no contact.
Luca Vido stepped up and went to his right, beating the keeper who picked the same side.
