The business has been closed for cleaning as all staff members undergo testing and contact tracing is conducted.
There are no current concerns for food safety or risk to the broader community.
Two of the remaining new cases in Victoria were related to returning travellers in hotel quarantine.
The cause of one more case was still being investigated.
More than 13,000 Victorians were tested for the virus on Sunday, in what was the state’s biggest single day of testing.
Premier Daniel Andrews said the number was an “amazing result”.
“I can’t emphasise enough how pleased and proud and grateful I am of Victorians,” Andrews said.
The premier said the outbreak at the meat processing facility showed that while the results were good, the situation was still fragile.
“This is fragile and none of us can assume just because we are frustrated that this is over,” he said.
“It is far from over and we have to stay the course.”
The Victorian government is aiming to test 100,000 Victorians to gather data to help them decide whether to lift some restrictions when the current state of emergency ends on May 11.
Andrews said 56,000 people had already been tested since the blitz began one week ago.
Victoria has recorded 1406 confirmed cases of coronavirus to date.
