With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, romance begins to invade every corner of the city. Restaurateurs concoct special menus for couples, experimenting with new flavours and combinations. The result of their magic is to be accompanied by candlelight and music.
Meanwhile, shopkeepers decorate their windows in keeping with the theme, while also making space on the shelves for special gifts with which one may surprise their sweetheart.
The new competition launched by Poni Poselli on Rete Italia was designed to turn this Valentine’s Day into a dream experience. It’s also a great opportunity to show off the romantic side hidden in each of us and win the heart of your loved one in the process.
In order to take part in the competition, all you have to do tune in to Insieme a Poni on Rete Italia every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and write a declaration of love to dedicate to your sweetheart. Then, send it to 0493 383 144.
The jury will choose the ten most beautiful declarations that will compete for the final prize: a total makeover for her and a romantic dinner for two!
The makeover includes a beauty treatment, a hair styling session and a new dress to wear at the Valentine’s Day dinner for two. The dinner for two will take place at Il Solito Posto, a cosy and delicious Italian restaurant located in the heart of Melbourne at 113 Collins Street.
