The event celebrates the vibrant suburb of Ashfield and features cultural performances, delicious food and market stalls from all over the world.
This year, the Italian community will be represented by the Sir Knuckle & Co gnocchi truck.
Sir Knuckle & Co was founded by four passionate Italians, who wanted to serve the best traditional Italian gnocchi in a whole new way.
Sauces include Gorgonzola Walnut and Speck, Beef Bolognese, Rocket Pesto and Hot Chilli Italian Sausage, just to name a few!
The truck also makes coffee and traditional Italian desserts such as tiramisù and panna cotta.
It’s Australia’s first and only gnocchi food truck.
Carnival-goers can also feast on fare from China, India, Turkey, Argentina, Venezuela, Spain, Brazil, India and Africa.
