Gondo’s first goal came in the 50th minute when a looping cross from Edoardo Pieragnolo left him with an empty net to head the ball into.

Gondo got his brace in the 81st minute when he got a toe to Manolo Portanova’s low cross.

Spezia’s Francesco Esposito made the score more respectable in the in the fifth minute of added time when he headed in older brother Salvatore Esposito’s corner into the far post.
