It was a straightforward and practical opportunity to bring together members, partners and institutional stakeholders, while taking stock of projects and collaborations developed over recent months.

In 2024, ICCIAUS consolidated its role as a platform connecting Italian and Australian businesses, promoting contacts, exchanges and opportunities in key sectors such as food and beverage, design, sustainability and sport.

At the same time, the Chamber strengthened its relationship with politicians, government representatives and negotiators through meetings focused on issues most relevant to companies operating between the two countries.

Among the most visible initiatives were the activation projects led by Prosecco DOC and Provolone Valpadana DOP, which helped increase the presence of Italian brands in the Australian market and supported targeted promotional strategies.

The hosts, Euroluce, are a long-standing partner of the Chamber and a point of reference for Italian design in Sydney.

The event was a moment to acknowledge the work carried out and to reaffirm a shared objective: building an ecosystem that fosters collaboration, innovation and a strong representation of Italy in Australia.

ICCIAUS now looks to 2026 with a program already under way, including business events, system-wide initiatives, support for companies and activities dedicated to promoting Made in Italy.

The Chamber also closed the year with a tangible outcome on the charitable front, presenting a cheque for $12,910 to the Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick.

The cheque was thanks to funds raised during the Business Excellence Awards 2025—conveying an ongoing commitment to strengthening relations on multiple fronts.
