Stefano Lazzari, of Città di Castello, the small town that also houses iconic masterpieces by Signorelli's teacher Piero della Francesca, said he is happy to make one of the gifts for the May 6 ceremony in London.
The present will be an exact copy of Luca Signorelli's Martyrdom of St Sebastian (1498), held in the municipal picture gallery in the Umbrian town.
Lazzari, along with his sister Francesa, own Bottega Tifernate workshop and art store.
"The work will be realised on an oil pictographic on a 1:1 format,” they said.
“With colours and recipes used by Luca Signorelli to finish the original."
