Italian women's gymnastics team lands silver at Euros

At the end of the six rotations of the team competition, Italy was second preceded only by Great Britain, gold with 164,428, 2,799 points more than the Italian women (161,629).

Bronze went to the Netherlands, who finished with 158,896.

Earlier this week, on Tuesday, Italy's men's team grabbed the European gymnastics championships' gold for the first time in its history.

Azzurri Marco Lodadio, Yumin Abbadini, Lorenzo Casati, Marco Macchiati and Marco Levantesi notched 249,526 points to beat Türkiye (silver) and Great Britain (bronze).
