Joly was the victim of an assault on Saturday night outside a Turin club frequented by far-right militants.

Police early on Tuesday searched the militants’ home and the Asso di Bastoni club in Turin, the club frequented by the far-right group CasaPound.

In addition to the first two CasaPound militants, aged 45 and 53 and identified by authorities shortly after the attack, police identified two other men aged 46 and 35.

Security officials searched the homes of the four suspects who are believed to have hit Joly because he was taking pictures and videos.

Joly was believed to have been recording a party to celebrate the 16th anniversary of the club where CasaPound is based in the Piedmont city.

The four suspects face charges of causing bodily harm aggravated by ‘futile motives’, investigative sources said.
