A landslide partially buried a hotel in the northern Italian city of Bolzano on Tuesday, demolishing a wing of the building on the slope of Monte Tondo.

Footage taken by environmental group COVA Contro shows workers near the section of Hotel Eberle that was still standing.
According to local media, the affected wing of the hotel had been closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic and no injuries or deaths have been reported so far.
The landslide was reportedly caused by heavy snowfall in the surrounding areas.
