On Friday, Roman rockers Måneskin released their new single Gossip, a much-awaited collaboration with Tom Morello, the guitarist of Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave, Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band and more.

The single will be part of the former Sanremo and Eurovision winners' third album, ‘RUSH!’, out next Friday.

"Tom Morello's vast experience allowed us to take our cue to work on the tracks without thinking about it too much," said the band, who skyrocketed to fame after coming second on X-Factor Italia in 2017, and later won Sanremo and Eurovision in 2021 with ‘Zitti e Buoni’ before taking America by storm.

"We will never be able to thank him enough," Måneskin went on, adding:

 "It is an honour for the whole band!"

Of the collaboration, Tom Morello said:

"When they told me about an Italian band playing rock, I thought, really? Come on! But seeing them play live thrilled me. Their rock charge, their power, and their sensuality are in no doubt, and they deserve to be one of the biggest reference points of rock n roll for the new generations.”
