This strategic partnership stems from a shared commitment to preserving and promoting Calabrian heritage through joint initiatives, events and exchange programs.

It marks an important step toward fostering deeper intercultural dialogue and engaging younger generations of Calabrian descent in rediscovering their roots.

The agreement outlines several key goals: promoting Calabrian culture through festivals, exhibitions and artistic events; fostering collaboration in gastronomy and tourism; encouraging youth and educational exchanges; and supporting local development.

“This agreement reflects the mission of our club; to be a bridge between generations and continents,” said Sam Sposato, President of the Calabria Club.

“Together with Pro Loco Terina and Pro Loco Lamezia Terme, we’re ready to create meaningful opportunities that celebrate our identity and look toward the future

Pro Loco Terina President Gianfranco Caputo added, “Together, we will continue to develop projects that bring value to our communities and inspire others to do the same.”

The partnership will be officially presented on August 3 in Lamezia Terme during La Notte della Moda, and again in Melbourne on October 25-26 for the fourth edition of the Segmento Tarantella Festival.
