The win keeps Napoli’s European football dreams alive, whilst dealing a huge blow to Juve’s already-slim Serie A title chances.
The home team absolutely dominated possession with a whopping 71 per cent, creating 11 shots on goal to Juventus’ 14.
The visitors were unlucky throughout the match, however, as they hit the woodwork several times.
Napoli took the lead just before the break when Khvicha Kvaratshkelia volleyed his shot into the near post from a tight-ish angle.
Federico Chiesa looked like he rescued a point for Juve in the 81st minute with a low shot into the far post from just inside the box.
The reigning champions would restore their advantage and ultimately win the match in the 88th minute when Giacomo Radpadori finished off the crumbs spilt by Wojciech Szczesny after the Polish keeper saved Victor Osimhen’s underwhelming penalty.
Napoli are in seventh place on the table, eight points behind Bologna in third.
Juventus are second, 12 points behind Inter who have a game in hand.
