The home team dominated possession and went ahead in the 15th minute when Adrian Bernabe shot into the top right corner after Ange Bonny’s clever backheel assist.
Valentin Mihaila made it 2-0 seven minutes later with a rocket from the corner of the box.
Bernabe had his brace just after the half hour mark with a deflected shot.
Drissa Camara put the icing on the cake just before full time with a deft finish at the near post.
Parma are five points clear of second-placed Como with nine to play for. Because Parma lead the head-to-head between the two teams, only four more points are required to seal the title.
