Pedrazzini lived in Cerre Marabino in Toano and it is believed his murder occurred after an argument with family members.
His daughter, Silvia, and son-in-law, Riccardo, have been charged with murder, while his wife, Marta, has been charged for concealing a body.
All three family members are being held in a prison in Reggio Emilia and were questioned by deputy prosecutor Piera Cristina, although all three declined to respond.
Investigators continue to search for answers and have seized the suspects’ mobile phones.
The preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday.
