The couple had dated for more than two years and they announced their engagement in January last year.
Lady Kitty wore seven different Dolce & Gabbana gowns for the occasion, which were designed and hand-made exclusively for her big day, according to Vogue.
The wedding took place in front of 170 guests at the 16th-century Villa Aldobrandini and was followed by a fireworks display.
Celebrity guests included English singer-songwriter Pixie Lott, actor Idris Elba and Made in Chelsea star Mark Francis Vandelli, with Italian media reporting that tenor Andrea Bocelli was also present.
Although Prince William and Prince Harry are still close to their late mother’s family, it does not appear that either of them attended the nuptials.
