The away side was dominant with 62 per cent of the ball and nine shots on goal compared to Cosenza’s three.
Cosenza hit the lead in the 12th minute after Christian D’Urso got on the end of a looping back-post cross by Manuel Marras and side-footed it into the hands of Kastrati whose touch sent it into the roof of the net.
Cosenza went close to doubling their advantage as D’Orazio rocketed a volley towards goal, but Kastrata got low and blocked it.
Antonucci levelled it for Cittadella in the 27th minute when his shot took a deflection off of Giacomo Calo and looped over the keeper.
In the second half, Antonucci went close to scoring from a deflection again, but this time Micai scrambled back against his own momentum just in time to make an excellent save.
The draw leaves both sides on 37 points, with Cosenza currently in the relegation playoff zone due to an inferior goal difference.
