“I saw the whole scene. I was at the door,” he told the Assize Court, recounting the alleged final moments of the girl’s life, allegedly killed in Novellara, on the evening of April 30, 2021.
“My sister was walking, my uncle grabbed her by the neck and carried her behind the greenhouse. I saw the cousins, just their faces.”
The brother once again accused his uncle and cousins of carrying out the crime.
According to the prosecution, the murder was organised with Saman’s parents, who are also on trial with the uncle and two cousins.
