Serie A will kick off on August 24, the league said Thursday.

It added that the next Serie A football championship will end on Sunday May 24, 2026, with a calendar that includes two midweek rounds, on October 29 and January 6, 2026.

The season will have four international breaks: Sunday September 7, Sunday October 12, Sunday November 16 and Sunday March 29, 2026.

The Lega Serie A also said the 2024/2025 Coppa Italia final has been set for May, 13 2026.

The preliminary round will be held on Sunday, August 10 and the second round on Sunday, August 17.

The round of 32 has been set for September24.

The round of 16 will take place on December 3 and 17, the quarterfinals on February 4 and 11, and the first leg of the semi-finals is scheduled for March 4 with the return leg to be played on April 22.
