Families and friends gathered for the event, with colourful floral shirts and dresses brightening the room.

Guests were welcomed with traditional Hawaiian leis, adding to the festive mood. The occasion was made even more special by the presence of several visitors from Italy.

A generous five-course lunch was served during the afternoon, while guests enjoyed lively conversation and time together. A photo booth with tropical-themed props was also available, giving many the chance to capture memories of the day.

Musical entertainment was provided by the band Lemonade – Songs of Yesterday, which performed a selection of Italian and English classics. Their music soon brought many guests to the dance floor.

During the event, Rosario Miceli was formally recognised for his service as a former club president and was awarded life membership in appreciation of his contribution to the association.

The afternoon was warmly received by those attending and provided another opportunity for members and friends of the club to come together.

The next event organised by the Sicilia Social and Cultural Club will be the Carnevale Ball, scheduled for Saturday, March 21 from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at Ferraro Reception.
