The latest feature film of the Neapolitan director, during its first weekend, reached 1,907,132 euros in takings.

The movie was screened in 529 rooms and 3605 cinemas - with revenues, including previews, totalling 2,006,207 euros.

It was the second most-watched movie at the weekend after Venom - The Last Dance.

The movie, starring Celeste Dalla Porta, Luisa Ranieri, Stefania Sandrelli, Gary Oldman and Beppe Lanzetta, is a decades-spanning drama about a Neapolitan woman.

It starts from her youth to the years she spends adrift as an adult - an oeuvre focusing on the perception people have of places and of themselves and on the director’s “missed youth”.
