David Zupata put the home side ahead in the 26th minute with a glancing header into the far post.
Ivan Ilic made it 2-0 five minutes before the break with a header of his own, thanks to a pinpoint cross by Raoul Bellanova.
In the first minute of the second half, Ricardo Rodriguez scored Torino’s third with a 30-yard rocket into the top corner.
Ismael Bennacer clawed Milan back to within two goals nine minutes later with a penalty awarded for a foul on Christian Pulisic.
The score was to remain 3-1 as both sides head into the final round with nothing of significance to play for.
