The cancellation is due to an unforeseen health problem that had Toto admitted to hospital on Thursday last week.
In his current state doctors have prohibited him from flying and expect him to be hospitalised for at least another week.
Toto would like to apologise to all his Australian fans, the tour organisers and sincerely hopes to return to Australia in the future.
He will be sending a video drop as soon as he is well enough.
Ticket holders will be contacted by the ticketing agencies to arrange a refund.
