She said during a visit to the French capital that the Italian government was cutting more health services and this was “not acceptable”.

“And this must be seen in light of the GIMBE (health foundation) figures from today that put our country in 16th place in Europe and last in the G7 for per capita investments in the public health service.

“We, on the other hand, think that Italian women and Italian men deserve to see realised the right to health envisaged by the Constitution”.
