The elegant beauty queen of the Italian community in Melbourne passed with flying colours on Wednesday, during the opulent dinner dance at the Koala Motor Inn.
Anelli defeated 12 other semi-finalists from the South Eastern Metropolitan Region to make it to the finals.
The funds raised during this year’s Miss Italian Community contest, sponsored by this publication, will go to the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the Italian Assistance Committee.
Given her recent victory, Anelli will not participate in the Charity Queen of Victoria Quest, but rather she’ll compete for the more coveted title of Miss Victoria.
