The recipes will also be published online so that they can be shared and made available to everyone.

In addition, every Thursday the recipes will be discussed during Paolo Rajo’s cooking program, broadcast on Rete Italia at 10:00 am.

Recipes can be submitted in Italian or English.

Selected recipes will be published in the 2021 edition of La Buona Cucina!

Prepare your recipe and remember to include a photo of the dish, to write where it comes from, and to list the ingredients and the method. We would also like to publish a photo of you along with your recipe, so don’t forget to send it to us when you submit your recipe. You will also need to include your name, address and telephone number so that we can contact you.
