Barramundi con salsa francese
Australia meets France in this delicate dish.
• 4 pieces barramundi
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 red chilli, chopped
• 2 tbsp capers
• 2 tbsp butter
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Bunch of parsely, chopped
• Olive oil
1. Heat oil in a large pan and fry the fish for three minutes on each side.
2. Set aside on a plate.
3. For the sauce, melt the butter in a pan. Add the chilli, garlic, lemon juice, capers and parsley. Cook for several minutes.
4. Coat the fish in the sauce and serve.
