Marinara alla Muscari
Seafood lovers can’t go past this one!
• 1 cup olive oil
• 4 garlic cloves, crushed
• 400g tomatoes
• 2 cups white wine
• 1 kg mixed seafood
• 250g clams
• 250g mussels
• 250g prawns
• Parsley, chopped
• Salt
• Pepper
1. Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the garlic.
2. Add the tomatoes and white wine, followed by the mixed seafood. Cook for 15 minutes.
3. Add the prawns, clams and mussels. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
