Decoding Nonna’s Recipes with Jessica Timpano

Have you ever wished you had captured all the amazing recipes your Mamma or Nonna cooked for you as a child? On a mission to keep her family's historical dishes alive and pass on these treasured memories to her kids, Jessica Timpano spent three years doing just this. These tried and tested recipes, reminiscent of ‘la Cucina Povera’ (the cooking of the poor), have stood the test of time. Stemming from a passion to learn and share the recipes Jessica grew up with, this book is inspired by food from the regions of Campania, Avellino and Salerno, where her family is from.
