• Onion
• Capsicum
• Olives
• Capers
• Anchovies
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Oregano
• White wine
1. Fry the garlic, onion and anchovies in oil.
2. Add the capsicum, olives, capers and oregano.
3. Deglaze with white wine then serve.
