That’s Amore Cheese is an Italian style cheese manufacturer, leading in the Australian Dairy Industry since 2008. When the company moved into a larger facility in Thomastown, in 2015, the founder Giorgio Linguanti decided also to accommodate a beautiful Cheesery. The Cheesery is open seven days a week to the public, giving everyone the opportunity to visit, taste and bring home the full range of That's Amore Cheese made on site, but there is so much more to that. Having a Deli and a Cafè, That’s Amore Cheesery became a one-stop shop to stock up on locally and imported cheese, gourmet groceries and indulge in the deliciously cheesy and traditional Italian dishes from the café, such as porchetta or ricotta gnocchi! A little slice of Italy in Thomastown!
