After 10 years of friendship, Lasagna Lab’s Mattia and Alessio thought it was time to get together and “do our own lil thang”. Lasagna Lab’s concept is “classic Italian with a twist”. The duo want diners to feel like their restaurant is somewhere they can just BE – chill, have a glass of vino or a cheeky negroni and try out one or two delicious and “oh so well” put-together lasagnas.
